Blackcurrant Flavor Pearls

Picture a small culinary gem, a pearl formed from a thin vegetable skin containing a delicious blackcurrant flavor. On the palate the pearl reveals its liquid core, completing and complementing the dish in a moment of perfect harmony.

• Water
• Cellulose gum, calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture used to create the thin natural skin

Blackcurrant Flavor Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your cocktails (kir, champagne), cakes or frozen desserts... for a delicious burst of flavor!

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
