Fig Flavor Pearls

Picture a small culinary gem, a pearl formed from a thin vegetable skin containing a delicious fig flavor. On the palate the pearl reveals its liquid core, completing and complementing the dish in a moment of perfect harmony.

• Fig syrup
• Water
• Cellulose gum, calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture used to create the thin natural skin
• Citric acid, an ingredient ensuring optimum preservation

Fig Flavor Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your foie gras, tajines or cheese platters... for an explosion of flavor!

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
