Ponzu Flavor Pearls

Picture a small culinary gem, a pearl formed from a thin vegetable skin containing a delicious ponzu flavor. The flavor is released on the palate, in perfect harmony with the dishes it is served with.

• Chilled: 260 g (plastic container)

• Ponzu sauce (soy sauce (soy, wheat (gluten), salt), cane sugar, rice vinegar, yuzu juice, skipjack tuna extract, yeast extract, lemon juice, glutamic acid, glycine, inosinic acid)
• Water
• Cellulose gum, calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture used to create the thin natural skin

Ponzu Flavor Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your sushi, tuna tartare, maki or fish... for a delicious burst of flavor!
