• Potassium sorbate, an ingredient ensuring that the product keeps well

Oil Pearls can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes.

Place a teaspoon or so on your fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, salads or chocolate desserts... for a delicious burst of flavor!

Before opening, store at room temperature. After opening, store the glass jar at between 2°C and 6°C and use within 5 days.
