• Xanthan gum, an ingredient that gives the product a creamy texture

Amber balsamic condiment and summer truffle Spheres can be used from aperitif to dessert, on all your hot or cold dishes. You can use the remaining juice to make a gel, coulis or sauce. They go perfectly with rice, pasta, summer fruit, shellfish, beef…

For a true gourmet experience:

• Put the whole sphere in your mouth to release all its subtle, luscious notes. Then enjoy your dish.
• Pierce the sphere and mix the juice with your ingredients.
