Sour mango Spheres

We've come up with a new culinary experience: 20 mm spheres with a luscious, intense mango liquid centre... a delicious surprise delivered by an exceptional product that looks as good as it tastes! 

Packaging:

• Mango purée
• Water
• White balsamic condiment(sulphites), an ingredient that gives mango a real kick!
• Xanthan gum, an ingredient that gives the product a creamy texture
• Calcium chloride and sodium alginate, a mixture that creates a thin natural skin
• Acerola powder, antioxidant
  
  

• Put the whole sphere in your mouth to release all its subtle, luscious notes. Then enjoy your dish.
• Pierce the sphere and mix the juice with your ingredients
