LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Step 1
Fillet the mackerel and remove the bones. Peel the citrus fruit, then remove the segments and keep the juice. Set aside.
Step 2
Brown the mackerel fillets on the skin side for 2 minutes in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place them on a baking tray, season with fleur de sel and paprika, then drizzle with 6 cl of olive oil. Sprinkle with the citrus juice and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Place the mackerel on plates. Garnish with the citrus segments and season if required. To finish, add a few rocket leaves and fresh coriander and sprinkle Yuzu Flavor Pearls over your dish.
