LIST OF INGREDIENTS

12 scallops
1 onion
Balsamic vinegar
Crème fraîche
Slightly salted butter
Salt and pepper
Cuttlefish ink tagliatelline
Balsamic vinegar Flavor Pearls

Step 1

To prepare the pasta

Cook the tagliatelline and keep warm.

Step 2

To prepare the sauce

Pour 4 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar into the pan. Add 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche. Mix and season.

Step 3

To prepare the scallops

Carefully wash the scallops and pat them dry with paper towel. Chop the onion finely and fry in a pan with a knob of butter. Add the scallops and brown for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with pepper. Place in a dish and keep warm.

Step 4

Presentation

Place the tagliatelline on a plate, pour over the sauce and add the scallops. Sprinkle with Balsamic vinegar Flavor Pearls
