5 generous slices of multi-grain bread
Ricotta
Crushed walnuts
Fig Perles de Saveurs

Step 1

Method

Spread the slices of bread with ricotta. Crush the walnuts and roast for a few minutes in a hot pan. Add them to the open sandwich. Heat the open sandwich in the oven for a few minutes.

Presentation

Sprinkle a few fig Flavor Pearls over your open sandwich and serve immediately.
