LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Step 1
Cut up the chicken breasts and marinate in the yoghurt with a little olive oil, the diced preserved lemon, chopped coriander and a pinch of salt. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and brown the pieces. Keep warm.
Step 2
Wash the courgettes and use a vegetable peeler to cut them into thin strips. Quickly sauté the courgettes in olive oil in a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and moisten with the juice of one lemon.
Step 3
Arrange a nest of courgettes in the centre of the plate and place a few pieces of chicken on top. To finish, garnish with coriander and Lemon & pepper Flavor Pearls.
