LIST OF INGREDIENTS

4 generous slices of the bread of your choice
180 g fromage frais
16 green asparagus spears
4 slices smoked salmon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Step 1

Method

Cook the asparagus in a frying pan with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Leave to cool down. Wrap four asparagus spears in a slice of salmon and set aside.

Step 2

Presentation

Spread a generous layer of fromage frais on each slice of bread. Arrange a few asparagus spears wrapped in salmon on top and finish with a few lemon and pepper Perles de Saveurs.
