LIST OF INGREDIENTS

6 pears
1 soft goat's cheese
A few pecans
Mesclun salad
Pepper
Honey Flavor Pearls

Step 1

To prepare the pears

Keep two pears aside for garnishing, and cut the remaining four pears into eighths. Put them in an oven dish. Cut the goat's cheese into small cubes. Place them on top of the pears. Sprinkle with crushed pecans and season with pepper.

Step 2

Cooking

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Presentation

Arrange a few salad leaves and the pears with melted goat's cheese on a plate. Add pieces of raw pear and a few honey Flavor Pearls.
